Born and raised in Southland, Jock can trace his European and Maori history in Southland back to the mid 1800’s. He has owned a property maintenance company for the last seven years. After witnessing first hand poor property management practices, costing landlords more money in the long run, Jock is a firm believer in getting things right the first time. Jock is committed to giving landlords the proper care their investment deserves, and ensuring that tenants are housed in safe and healthy housing thus producing a win win situation for all involved.

A first generation Southlander, Lara has a background in management and human resources both in New Zealand and in the UK. She likes to keep on top of the administration that most people hate. She likes to be super organized and gets things done.
